Return Policy

Love It or Return It

We want your family to love Sheep & Seek™. If you don’t, you may return it within 30 days after receiving your orderfor a refund.

You are welcome to open the box, look through the cards, meet the sheep, and try the tradition with your family. To be eligible for a return, all components must be returned together and in good condition. Proof of purchase is also required.

To start a return, email hello@sheepandseek.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will provide the return address and instructions for sending your kit back. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are nonrefundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect.

Preorders and Cancellations

Payment for preorders is collected when the order is placed.

You may cancel a preorder for a full refund at any time before it ships. The anticipated shipping window will be displayed when you place your order.

If we are unable to ship your preorder within the stated shipping window, we will email you with a revised shipping date and the option to keep your order or cancel for a full refund.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your order is defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us promptly at hello@sheepandseek.com so we can make it right.

We will cover any return shipping required because of a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect order.

Exceptions and Nonreturnable Items

Gift cards, digital products, and items specifically marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Please contact us if you have questions about a particular item.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest option is to return the item you received and place a separate order after your return has been accepted.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive your return. Once approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please remember that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
