Shipping Policy

Thank you for ordering Sheep & Seek™! We’re so excited for your family to make it part of your Christmas season.

2026 Preorders

Sheep & Seek™ Advent Sets are currently available for preorder and are expected to ship during November 2026.

Payment is collected when your order is placed.

You may cancel your preorder for a full refund at any time before your order ships.

If we are unable to ship your preorder by November 30, 2026, we will contact you with an updated expected shipping date and give you the option to either continue with your order or cancel it for a full refund.

U.S. Shipping

We currently ship within the United States.

Free U.S. shipping is included with Sheep & Seek™ Advent Set orders.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Processing Times

For products that are in stock and not marked as preorder items, please allow approximately 3–5 business days for order processing before shipment.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Times

Delivery dates provided by shipping carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays due to weather, holiday volume, or other circumstances outside our control may occasionally occur.

We’ll always do our best to get your Sheep & Seek™ order to you as quickly as possible.

Address Changes

Please review your shipping address carefully when placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible at hello@sheepandseek.com. We will do our best to update your address before your order ships, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment.

Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property and with household members or neighbors first.

If you still cannot locate your package, contact us at hello@sheepandseek.com and we’ll help you determine the next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@sheepandseek.comwith your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right.
